Deliveries

Worldwide shipping

We deliver worldwide and the costs depend on the destination. Please note that shipping outside the EU may incur customs charges imposed by national tax/customs authorities.

Delivery is free in mainland France (excluding French overseas territories and departments).

Shipping times

Orders are shipped within 48 business days. Any order placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Tuesday. These deadlines can be exceptionally extended during commercial offers and closing days.

Delivery is estimated between 2 to 6 working days depending on destination and delivery method. Delivery times are estimated from the dispatch of your order.

Caroline De Marchi cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delivery delays beyond its control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow the progress of your order by logging into your account and consulting the "My orders" section.

Click & Collect

We offer the free Click & Collect option in our shop in France at 81 rue des Saints-Pères 75006 Paris.

The withdrawal period for Click & Collect is 14 days.

Returns

Returns within 30 days

To proceed with a return, please contact us by e-mail specifying the order number and the references of the items you wish to return: contact@carolinedemarchi.com

You can return any item purchased on our website within 30 days of the delivery date:

• you can drop it off for free in our french shop at 81 rue des Saints-Pères 75006 Paris, from Tuesday to Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.,

• you can send your item by the carrier of your choice to the address: Caroline De Marchi, 81 rue des Saints-Pères 75006 Paris.

The returned item must be in perfect condition and with its original pouch. Not worn, used or damaged items will be accepted.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

Upon receipt and validation of the conformity of the returned product, your refund will be credited via the payment method used at the time of your purchase (excluding delivery charges).

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your bank account, depending on the processing times of your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item, please return it and place a new order.
